1. CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK
Demand and Supply of skills on the labour market: The developed conceptual framework will provide a functional blueprint giving a holistic drive to all research and development strands of the project. The framework will provide the foundational principles for the different stakeholder’s roles considered along with the outline of the processes, namely the project's learning process.
2. MODEL OF WORK EXPERIENCE
The developed innovative model of work experience will be based on a carefully considered andragogical framework, integrating learning and working life in order to achieve the maximum resemblance with the real working environment and, consequently, maximize the learning experience.
3. SYLLABUS AND TRAINING PROGRAMME
The developed syllabus will define the most important parts of the respective training programme in the field of composite manufacturing; i.e. detailed description of the programme, general and specific programme and learning objectives, knowledge standards and skill sets, relevant content, didactical requirements and recommendations and assessment methods.
4. TRAINING MATERIAL
The training material in the field of composite manufacturing will consist of illustrated html files that can be then exported to power point presentations with comments if needed; case studies and demonstrations; videos and animations; relevant assessment procedures together with guidelines for trainers.
5. ON-LINE LEARNING PLATFORM
The developed on-line learning platform will present a flexible teaching and learning tool to support blended learning; used as a complement to the practical training activities. Based on a simple interface, the platform will present in a meaningful and comprehensive way all the relevant and up-to-date knowledge in the field of composite manufacturing, customized to the needs of the target training group.
6. EVALUATION METHODOLOGY
The evaluation methodology together with all the necessary material to perform the formative and summative evaluation of the training programme and the on-line learning platform will be produced.
7. FORMATIVE AND SUMMATIVE EVALUATION OF 2 PILOT TRAININGS
The formative and summative evaluation of the 2 pilot trainings will be carried out to assess the learning experience and efficiency of the developed training programme and respective training material. Furthermore, the on-line learning platform will be tested on a group of target users to perform the formative assessment.
8. EVALUATED TRAINING PROGRAMME
The results of formative and summative evaluation of the 2 pilot trainings will serve as a research input to adjust, fine-tune and upgrade the developed training programme and on-line learning platform. The output 8 relates to the final version of the developed training programme in the field of composite manufacturing to train the target group of wood cabinet makers/joiners.
